Satisfaction Guarantee :
Your satisfaction with the service we provide is very important to us.
If you are not satisfied with your order, we are committed to finding a solution to the problem.
We are aware of your various constraints and we’re here to help you.
However, we do not take responsibility if circumstances beyond our control occur. For example; Spelling, the design quality, color conversions, the format of the font, etc. .. should be double checked by the customer.
This is why it’s important to check your proof before you send it for printing.
We verify your file once you upload it on our site.
We only check for errors that might cause problems when printing, for example; resolution, bleed, color profiles and file format.
If a problem is detected, we will contact you as soon as possible to avoid delaying the production.
A virtual proof may be obtained upon request. Please note that this process can delay production and delivery of your order.
You must indicate if the artwork is approved as is or if corrections are required. If the proof require corrections, please indicate how you wish to proceed.
Please indicate if corrected files are attached or if you prefer we do the corrections. Please note that our virtualk proof does not include this service. If we makes changes to artwork, you will be charged hourly. Please contact your sales representative for our current rates.
The proof do not predict accurately the final color and image quality.
The screen proofs are used to verify the content, text flow, the appearance of fonts, the position of pages, margins, and page order. The quality of screen-proof depends on the quality of your screen. You may need to zoom in a particular area, because at 100%, the PDF may have artifacts caused by the limitations of your screen.
We can not be held liable for errors missed by the client.
If a reprint is needed, the customer must pay for it.
Production time begins after the final proof is accepted and the order is paid in full.
The production time is extended if the files doesn’t complies to the print standards, or if errors interfere with our ability to produce your order.
Production turnarounds are established in business days. Weekends and public holidays on which our workshops are closed do not count as working days.
Please note that the production time does not include delivery time.
The quantities requested are always approximate.
Due to the printing process, a variation of ± 5% is inevitable but still acceptable in industry standards.
